At UFC Bio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
